A whole Lehi property taken on at once: the front drive and entry, then the full backyard, on one contract and one schedule.
At the front, a new concrete driveway and landscape installation reset the approach to the house, with custom entry steps and stone planter walls handling the change in level up to the door.
The backyard was built as a single composition rather than a set of features. A paver terrace and a covered patio with a modern fire feature form the main outdoor room, with curved paver paths and layered planting linking it to the lawn.
A concrete sport court sits at the far end with gravel landscape around it, and a dedicated play space and open lawn fill the middle of the site. A stone water feature and planted garden details give the quieter end of the yard a focal point.
Seen from above the property reads as one continuous design, front to back. That is what design-build is for: the driveway, the terrace, the court and the planting were drawn together and installed by the same team.
